Our client is a successful independent letting agent in South Liverpool with a portfolio of properties across Merseyside. They are now looking for an outstanding and experienced Property Manager to join their fun and friendly team, with their office located just in Mossley Hill. Our client requires a self‑motivated and enthusiastic individual who is outgoing, a good communicator and enjoys working in a target‑driven environment. Above all else, this individual must be passionate about property! This dynamic team of property professionals have a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and they are looking for a proactive individual who has the potential to make a real impact within the business. This is a challenging role which is ideal for someone who thrives upon working in a fast‑moving environment as no two days will be the same! The property managers are responsible for the professional management of a portfolio of residential properties and the tasks required of this position will require flexibility, excellent organisation, and attention to detail. The responsibilities of this position will vary but will include:
Being the main point of contact for Landlords and Tenants – providing a prompt and professional service by phone and email. Relationship management and problem resolution. Conducting regular property inspections and visits. Prioritising and co‑ordinating repairs from booking‑in through to completion, including emergencies and urgent works, ad‑hoc maintenance and regular cleaning tasks; and ensuring these are completed to tenant and landlord satisfaction. Arranging initial and renewal of compliance certificates such as Gas, EICR and PAT testing. Assisting with the process and collection of tenant arrears. Working alongside the lettings team to coordinate move‑in and move‑out inspections. Building strong, trusted relationships with internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of property management and will have use of their own vehicle for appointments. Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £32,000 plus bonus scheme and staff incentives. Working hours are full‑time Monday – Friday 8.45‑5.30pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.30‑4 (lieu day if worked). If you like the sound of this exciting opportunity, contact me today for details.
