Director of Client Services | London/Hybrid | Salary up to £110kpa


A leading full service market research and strategy agency is hiring a senior Client Services Director to lead and develop high value, global client relationships across various categories.


This is a client leadership vs a classic seller-doer role. Focussed on solving what keeps highly valued clients awake at night. A strategic partner, championing your client needs internally.


Coming from a research agency background, drawing on & unifying integrated capabilities across insight, consultancy, strategy & AI, to recommend the right solution, without method bias.


Commercial responsibility sits with you, both deepening existing relationships and activating new senior level connections. Growth is driven by trust and relevance, not productised selling.


We are looking for:


• Senior research background with broad strategic perspective

• Proven leadership of complex, multi market accounts

• A strong network and credibility with senior consumer sector clients

• A collaborative operator who elevates teams and clients alike
