The BoTree Club is redefining membership by blending wellness, connection and culture within a world-class hotel setting.We’re seeking a relationship-driven Membership Manager (Sales & Engagement) to join our pre-opening team and help shape our founding membership community.Working closely with the Director of Membership, you will:Build and manage a high-quality membership pipeline through outreach and referralsDeliver against weekly, monthly sales and conversion targetsShowcase The BoTree ClubLead the onboarding journey, ensuring every member feels welcomed and connectedMaintain strong daily visibility in member areas as a trusted, recognisable presenceSupport member engagement events that encourage connection and belongingCollaborate with Wellness, F&B and Marketing to drive engagement and promote initiativesLog all activity in CRM systems, providing clear insight and reportingAbout YouYou’re commercially sharp, naturally social and passionate about people and community.
