Dispute Resolution Solicitor Position Overview:

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes, advising a wide range of clients from instruction to resolution. This is a fantastic opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and growing Dispute Resolution team.

Key Responsibilities of the Dispute Resolution Solicitor:

Manage a broad caseload of civil and commercial disputes
Handle matters from initial instruction to resolution, including advocacy (where appropriate)
Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Develop new business through networking, marketing and referrals
Ensure compliance, risk management and quality standards are maintained
Support and mentor junior colleagues
Participate in marketing, CPD, and firm-wide events
Requirements of the Dispute Resolution Solicitor:

Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Dispute Resolution
Experience across civil and commercial litigation; property or insolvency disputes desirable
Strong technical ability, communication and client management skills
Commercial awareness with a proactive and professional approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of Lexcel requirements (desirable)
