You’ll provide hands‑on coaching and exposure across key areas including financial acumen, influencing skills, project & stakeholder management and succession planning.This role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys developing talent while keeping the operation running smoothly.Responsible for leading the 24/7 operation ensuring visionary leadership , strategic thinking ,effective cost control and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set by the Business.
