Divisional Director – Cut & Carve Projects (£20m–£100m)

£160,000–£180,000 + bonus

A well-capitalised contractor is entering a serious growth phase and plans to double in size over the next 18 months. As part of that strategy, they are launching a new division and appointing a Head of Division to lead it.

This is a genuine leadership role, not a token title.

The focus will be complex cut and carve schemes ranging from £20m to £100m in value. You will be responsible for shaping the division, building the team, overseeing delivery and working closely with the board to drive performance and growth.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has delivered multiple cut and carve projects in the £20m–£100m range

• Understands the structural, commercial and programme risk involved in heavy refurb and structural alteration schemes

• Has experience leading teams and taking full P&L responsibility

• Can build credibility quickly with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders

• Is commercially sharp and comfortable operating at board level

Salary £160k–£180k plus performance-related bonus.
