The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project teams through effective document management, control processes, and stakeholder coordination.This position is fully office-based and requires strong experience using Procore to manage project documentation and workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full document control process across live construction projectsAdminister and maintain the project Procore system, ensuring all documentation is correctly uploaded, tracked, and distributedControl drawing registers, transmittals, RFIs, and revision trackingEnsure project information is issued, received, reviewed, and stored in line with internal proceduresSupport design, commercial, and site teams with timely access to the latest documentationLiaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client teams to ensure document complianceAssist with close-out documentation, including O&M manuals and handover packsPromote best practice information management and document control standards across the projectRequirementsProven experience as a Document Controller within construction or engineering environmentsStrong Procore experience is essentialFamiliarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) and EDMS systemsExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailConfident communicator, able to work across multidisciplinary teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePackage & Benefits£50,000 £60,000 salary (depending on experience)Attractive benefits packageLong-term career progression within a growing organisationOpportunity to work on major, high-profile UK projectsCollaborative and professional team environmentJBRP1_UKTJ
