We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a Mechanical and Electrical construction project team in , working closely with project management and site teams to ensure all documentation is managed accurately, efficiently, and in line with digital workflows.

This role is ideal for a confident, organised Document Controller who thrives in a fast‑paced site environment and enjoys taking ownership of digital document management processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing the full document control process across the project

* Maintaining accurate digital records, drawing registers, and project documentation

* Ensuring all documents are uploaded, tracked, issued, and reviewed correctly

* Supporting the site team with document queries and ensuring compliance with project protocols

* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth information flow

* Ensuring all documentation meets project and industry standards

* Managing revisions, version control, and digital approvals workflows

* Maintaining transparency and traceability across all digital systems

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction

* Strong understanding of digital document control systems

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

* Confident working in a site‑based environment

* Ability to work independently and proactively

* Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with site teams
