Legal Document Production Specialist / Workflow Coordinator

London (Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)

6-Month Contract (with a view to be made permanent)

⏰ Flexible hours: 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm or 9:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: £48,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Document Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving formatting challenges, and takes pride in delivering polished, client-ready work.


You’ll play an important role in supporting lawyers with short-turnaround documents (under an hour), handling complex formatting, and ensuring documents are accurate, consistent, and professional.


This is initially a 6-month contract with a genuine opportunity to become permanent.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle quick-turnaround document production and editing tasks.
  • Troubleshoot formatting and technical issues.
  • Partner with colleagues on larger, more complex jobs.
  • Ensure all work meets the firm’s exceptionally high quality standards.


What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services document production role.
  • Excellent MS Word and template skills.
  • A confident communicator who stays calm under pressure.
  • Availability to work 2 days per week in the London office.
