We’re looking for a confident, experienced leader to manage two children’s residential homes supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) .
You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of both homes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care, compliance, and safety while leading, mentoring, and developing your teams.
This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys strategic oversight, and is passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong, trauma-informed leadership across two homes using the PACE model*.
Oversee compliance with Ofsted regulations*, safeguarding, and all statutory standards. Lead on recruitment, supervision, and team performance across both locations.
Ensure placement and health plans are completed and maintained to a high standard.
Manage budgets, rotas, and financial reporting for both homes.
Build positive relationships with young people, families, local authorities, and professionals.
