Typical Responsibilities Take full ownership for the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and commercially viable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions Engage with and empower Agile delivery teams across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to BAU Deliver architecture artefacts and documentation suitable for the scale and nature of change Collaborate with business domain experts, product owners, and technical teams to understand requirements and value opportunities Mentor and guide developers, championing best practices and continuous improvement Ensure solutions align with wider IT strategy, standards, and principles Required Experience and Structure 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and architecture Proven expertise in Power Platform, including Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps Strong background in JavaScript, C#, and related technologies for CRM customisation Experience with integration patterns, cloud-based solutions, and architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) Demonstrable experience mentoring colleagues and promoting good engineering practices Experience producing architecture deliverables and artefacts Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices Experience with tools such as Confluence, Teams,...
