Our client, a boutique but highly respected executive search firm, is looking for a confident, professional, and ambitious Executive Assistant to support the Founding Partner and help ensure the smooth running of the business. This is a varied role combining high-level EA duties with hands-on office management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys working as part of a small, close-knit team.
What you will do:
You will provide full EA support to the Founding Partner, including managing a high volume of complex search assignments, extensive diary and travel management, client and candidate liaison, preparation of pitch documents and reports, and coordination of meetings, events, and conferences. Alongside this, you will take responsibility for general office administration, liaising with service providers, overseeing facilities, onboarding new staff, managing HR records, and line managing the Team Administrator.
What You’ll Bring:
This position requires someone with prior EA experience in an Executive Search business, excellent organisational skills, and a confident, polished communication style. You’ll need to be highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities, often acting as the first point of contact for high-profile clients and senior executives.
