Heart of Supply is excited to be advertising Early Career Teacher roles for teachers at the start of their journey who are keen to gain experience across a range of welcoming schools in Lincolnshire. This is a great chance for Early Career Teachers to build confidence and find their feet through flexible work, including day to day supply, short term cover and longer-term placements across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You will step into different classrooms, follow clear lesson plans already in place and help keep learning calm, purposeful and enjoyable when the usual class teacher is away.

We are looking for Early Career Teachers who are approachable, adaptable and happy to get stuck in from day one. You will enjoy meeting new pupils and staff, manage behaviour with a steady and positive approach, and bring warmth and enthusiasm into the school day.
