This Early Years Practitioner role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and supporting their early development across Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Rainham, and surrounding areas.

The Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll be working with children in EYFS, supporting their learning through play and helping them develop key skills in a warm, nurturing environment. This Early Years Practitioner position involves working alongside teachers to create engaging activities and support children with additional needs including SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting children's learning and development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum Assisting with planning and delivering creative, play-based activities Providing care and support for young learners, including those with SEN or developmental delays Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff Observing and recording children's progress to inform next steps in learningWhat We're Looking For:
