Reeson Education is recruiting a committed and nurturing Early Years Practitioner to join welcoming nurseries and primary school Early Years settings across the borough of Waltham Forest, including Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone and Chingford.

This Early Years Practitioner opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about child development and confident working within the EYFS framework.

The Role - Early Years Practitioner

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support children aged 2-5 in a nursery or Reception setting
Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with EYFS
Monitor progress and contribute to learning journals
Encourage social, emotional and communication development
Work closely with colleagues and parents to support pupil outcomesSchools and nurseries are looking for a proactive Early Years Practitioner who understands safeguarding, child development milestones and structured early learning environments.

Requirements for the Early Years Practitioner Role

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
Previous nursery or EYFS classroom experience
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
A calm, patient and energetic approach
