The ideal EYFS Teaching Assistant will be able to:
Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework Demonstrate previous experience working within an Early Years or primary school setting Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of children Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a mainstream classroom Encourage early development in communication, language, literacy, and numeracy Promote positive behaviour and support children’s social and emotional development Adapt support strategies to meet the needs and abilities of all learners Build positive, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating early years environment In return for the above you can expect to receive:
