We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established Nursery and Infant School in Hackney who are seeking a passionate and committed Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Support the planning and delivery of creative, engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
Foster a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Observe, assess and contribute to tracking children’s development
Support children’s communication, personal, social and emotional development
Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and parents
Uphold safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times
This role would suit both experienced practitioners and strong Early Years Teaching Assistants looking to further develop their skills.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent)
Have recent experience within a Nursery or Early Years setting
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Be nurturing, patient and enthusiastic
Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
