Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time opportunity in a supportive primary school setting?
Milk Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Newham (E12) to recruit a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
About the Role:
Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery/Reception)
Assisting with the delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities
Supporting pupils with varying abilities, including those with additional needs
Encouraging positive behaviour and social development
Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
Helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience working within an Early Years setting
Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential)
Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Be patient, caring and enthusiastic
Be confident supporting phonics, early literacy and numeracy
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
