Programme Manager (Ecommerce) Hybrid in London Long term Contract role

Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of a large-scale eCommerce transformation programme from inception through execution. Define and manage program governance, delivery roadmaps, milestones, and risk mitigation plans. Oversee multiple parallel project streams (Magento, mobile apps, integrations) ensuring alignment and effective dependency management. Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and third-party vendors. Manage program budgets, resource planning, financial tracking, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of program/project management experience with a strong focus on digital and eCommerce transformation. Proven track record delivering Adobe Magento Commerce implementations. Hands-on experience managing native Android & iOS mobile application delivery. Experience managing multi-million-pound programmes and large distributed teams. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and conflict resolution. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
