Programme Manager (Ecommerce)

Long term Contract role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of a large-scale eCommerce transformation programme from inception through execution.
• Define and manage program governance, delivery roadmaps, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee multiple parallel project streams (Magento, mobile apps, integrations) ensuring alignment and effective dependency management.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and third-party vendors.
• Manage program budgets, resource planning, financial tracking, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of program/project management experience with a strong focus on digital and eCommerce transformation.
• Proven track record delivering Adobe Magento Commerce implementations.
• Hands-on experience managing native Android & iOS mobile application delivery.
• Experience managing multi-million-pound programmes and large distributed teams.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
