Job Title: Electrical Foot Mobile EngineerLocation: Central London (Zones 13)Salary: £38,000 £42,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of sites across Central London.This role involves working across a mix of corporate office buildings and residential landlord areas, as part of a well-established 3-person foot mobile team.The Role: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works. Electrical maintenance including emergency lighting, power and lighting systems. Supporting general building services maintenance across multiple sites. Fault finding and diagnosing issues within commercial environments. Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards. Travelling between sites across Zones 13 (expenses covered).Package: £38,000 £42,000 basic salary Monday to Friday working hours (8am5pm) Regular overtime available (minimum 2 weekends per month) Travel expenses covered across Zones 13 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension scheme Sick pay Life insurance Ongoing training and progression opportunitiesRequirements: Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
