ob Title: Location: City of London Salary: £45,000 £50,000 per annum About the Role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working on a high-profile commercial site in the City of London. This is a hands-on, maintenance-focused role responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical and HVAC building services systems. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems Diagnose faults and perform repairs on LV systems, lighting, power distribution, and control panels Carry out maintenance and basic fault-finding on HVAC systems including AHUs (Air Handling Units) and FCUs (Fan Coil Units) Support the operation and maintenance of HVAC plant, including motors, controls, and associated equipment Conduct routine inspections, testing, and compliance checks (emergency lighting, fire alarms, etc.) Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations and industry standards Maintain accurate records of works completed using CAFM systems Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of maintenance activities Participate in on-call rota where required
