Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer\nLocation: Liverpool Street, EC2 - Landmark Skyscraper\nWorking Hours: Monday - Friday, Days Only (07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00)\nSalary: Up to £47,000 (depending on experience)\n\nAbout the Role\n\nA leading facilities management provider is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a prestigious, landmark skyscraper contract in the Liverpool Street area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-profile commercial environment for a company known for delivering excellence and promoting from within.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nWorking as part of a dedicated on-site maintenance team\nCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance\nManaging PPM schedules, logbooks, and compliance documentation\nCompleting PPM tasks across a range of systems, including:\nEmergency lighting\nFire alarms\nLighting systems\nAHUs (Air Handling Units)\nFCUs (Fan Coil Units)\nPlant room equipment\nEnsuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulationsRequirements\n\nNVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)\n18th Edition (BS7671) - 17th Edition considered\n2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable)\nStrong background in building services / facilities maintenance\nExperience working in commercial environments\nClient-facing with strong communication skills\nExperience working within a team (supervisory experience beneficial)About the Company\n\nThis well-established FM provider is recognised for delivering services across high-end and prestigious contracts.
