You will provide all – round engineering support, maintaining the building infrastructure. You will provide all – round engineering support, maintaining the building infrastructure. You will have a detailed understanding of all new of current Building Services systems and contingency procedures within the buildings and complying with the Health & Safety/Building Codes of practice.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\n * Emergency lighting\n\n * Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.\n\n * Ensure all PPM tasks are carried out on time.\n\n * Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service to all M&E services on site\n\n * Issue permits in accordance to Vertex policy\n\n * Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines.\n\n * Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance.\n\n * Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met.\n\n * Carry out modifications and installations when required.\n\n * Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers.\n\n * Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard.\n\n * Liaise with tenants, building manager\n\nPackage\n\n * Paying £47,000 + Overtime\n\n * 25 days annual leave\n\n * Company Benefits
