We are seeking an Electrically Biased Building Services Engineer with essential mechanical knowledge to maintain and service cutting-edge plant and systems in a prestigious development. You will work on an alternating shift pattern:

Week 1: 07:00 – 16:00 Week 2: 10:00 – 19:00In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and safety. Key Responsibilities Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant. Maintain critical systems including:

Combined Heat & Power (CHP) Fan Coil Units (FCUs) Diesel Generators Chillers Advanced Air Systems BMU Units Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
