Job Title: M&E Maintenance Engineer – Electrical bias

Location: Bermondsey, SE15

Salary: Up to £45,000 basic

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

On call allowance: 1 in 5 week standby - £125 fee paid

I am looking for an experienced and proactive M&E Maintenance Engineer on behalf of my client’s team at a brand-new site in Bermondsey, Southeast London. What You’ll Be Doing

* Delivering both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical, mechanical, and other building services systems.

* Maintaining, Testing, and Repairing fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers, and other safety/compliance systems.

* Inspecting and servicing key building plant and equipment, including generators, split units, AHUs/FCUs, motors, pumps, and LTHWS systems.

* Monitoring and adjusting the Building Management System (BMS).

* Diagnosing and resolving M&E faults efficiently to minimise downtime.

* Always working in line with health and safety standards.

What My Client is Looking For

* Minimum Level 3 Electrical, with 18th Edition ideally

* Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.

* Strong understanding of commercial building systems.

* Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
