Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, rotating days and nights Days: 05:30 to 17:30 Nights: 17:30 to 05:30 This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a major, fast-paced food manufacturing site where engineering is genuinely central to performance, reliability and production output. Youll be working in a high-volume manufacturing environment, supporting plant performance, responding to breakdowns, improving equipment reliability and helping keep production moving safely and efficiently. This is not a back-office engineering role. Youll be on the factory floor, working closely with production and engineering teams, solving real-time problems and making a measurable impact on uptime, OEE, safety and performance. The Electrical Engineer Role As an Electrical Engineer, you will: Respond quickly and safely to plant breakdowns, stoppages and faults Carry out electrical fault finding and repair across production machinery Work on single-phase and three-phase electrical systems Deliver reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance Maintain, adjust and optimise machinery to improve performance and uptime Support continuous improvement activity across reliability, OEE and efficiency Use SAP to record ...
