Role Overview

A leading provider of integrated power and energy infrastructure solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the design, planning, and delivery of critical power and energy projects across Europe. The company specialises in innovative, sustainable, and efficient energy technologies across major market sectors.

Due to continued growth in the energy and infrastructure market, this position will focus on the end-to-end management of large-scale projects — ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will be empowered to take full ownership of their projects while maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Energy & Storage Focus

The company delivers advanced energy storage and generation solutions, integrating battery storage systems, gas turbine and reciprocating engine technologies to support critical power applications and grid-scale operations. These modular solutions are designed to enhance flexibility, maintain critical loads, and comply with regional grid codes, offering clients a combination of operational reliability and energy trading potential.

Key Objectives

• Demonstrate strong commercial and contractual understanding across project procurement, execution, and delivery stages.
• Implement robust project controls and reporting mechanisms to drive project success.
• Identify and execute process and performance improvements within a project environment.
• Support business planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis activities.
• Effectively manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards on high-value projects.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across all project phases, from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company processes and safety standards.
• Oversee a diverse range of power and energy projects, coordinating with technical, commercial, and operational teams.
• Demonstrate previous success in managing large-scale or technically complex projects within the power, infrastructure, or energy storage sector.
• Exhibit strong ownership, accountability, and team leadership skills.
• Adapt effectively to multiple client requirements, maintaining consistent quality and communication standards.
• Liaise with senior management, clients, and contractors to ensure aligned delivery objectives.
