Electrical Qualifying Supervisor – NICEIC Central London | Full-time | Site-based £55,000 – £60,000 + Travel

We are supporting a multi-disciplinary building services contractor delivering mechanical and electrical packages across residential, mixed-use and education schemes throughout Central London. Projects typically range up to £15m, delivered within a structured design and build environment where technical quality and coordinated services integration are taken seriously.
All schemes are London based and accessed by train and tube. Your time on site is purposeful, aligned with inspection stages and readiness for review.
You will be the company’s NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor across live projects.
You will set the bar.
This is hands-on technical assurance within active construction environments. You will review installations at the correct stages, oversee inspection and testing, and sign certificates only when the work meets the required standard under BS 7671 and NICEIC scheme rules. ...
