Electrical Shift Leader – £56,000 – Fenchurch Street Continental Shift Pattern (12-Hour Shifts)

We are currently recruiting for an exciting position with a reputable and well-established Facilities Management provider based in Fenchurch Street. Working on a large Banking Environment, you will lead a team of engineers and be responsible for delivering exceptional maintenance services across the site.

The successful candidate will be electrically biased, with strong experience in commercial building maintenance and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks are completed across site assets using the PPM system. Maintain detailed and accurate records relating to Health & Safety, compliance, and quality standards. Supervise subcontractors and ensure all works meet contractual and site requirements. Diagnose and resolve plant faults efficiently to maintain operational performance. Complete comprehensive maintenance documentation and job reports.
