In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of engineering maintenance within a prestigious commercial building located in Liverpool Street.

You will manage both an in-house engineering team and a range of external contractors, ensuring all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities PPMs and reactive maintenance Monitor and maintain critical systems, including lighting, power, HVAC, and life safety equipment.
