Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Shift Leader to join our client’s expanding team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of engineering maintenance within a prestigious commercial building located in Liverpool Street. You will manage both an in-house engineering team and a range of external contractors, ensuring all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* PPMs and reactive maintenance

* Monitor and maintain critical systems, including lighting, power, HVAC, and life safety equipment.

* Lead, support and motivate the onsite engineering team

* Ensure full site compliance and safe working practices

* Manage and monitor SLAs to maintain service excellence

* Ensure all works are carried out in line with SFG20 standards

* Record Keeping / Logbooks

Requirements

* 2391 Inspection and Testing

* Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent

* 18th Edition

* 5 years’ experience in a similar position

* Right to work in the UK

* HVAP – Desired
