Electrical Supervisor\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a commercial office fit-out project. This freelance role is suited to someone with strong site supervision experience who can ensure electrical works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.\n\nRole Overview\n\nYou will be responsible for supervising all electrical activities on site, coordinating trades, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with design specifications, health & safety requirements, and project deadlines.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Supervise all electrical trades on site, including electricians and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Read, interpret, and implement drawings, specifications, and design information\n\n * \n\n Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality control over all electrical installations\n\n * \n\n Work closely with other trade supervisors, the project manager, and the site manager\n\n * \n\n Enforce Health & Safety standards, ensuring RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work are in place\n\n * \n\n Review testing, inspection documentation, and commissioning paperwork\n\n * \n\n Monitor work progress, identify delays or risks, and escalate issues as required\n\n * \n\n Support snagging, resolve defects, and assist with project handover documentation\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports, including timesheets and materials usage\n\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\n\n * \n\n Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor\n\n * \n\n Proven background supervising electrical works on commercial or industrial projects (office fit-out experience preferred)\n\n * \n\n Valid ECS Gold Card\n\n * \n\n SSSTS certification\n\n * \n\n Full UK Driving Licence\n\nHow to Apply\n\nPlease send your up to date CV to apply for the Electrical Supervisor role
