Job Title: Electrical Van Mobile EngineerLocation: London & Surrounding AreasSalary: £42,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Van Mobile Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of corporate office buildings across London.Working as part of a mobile engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services across a variety of commercial sites.The Role: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works. Electrical maintenance including emergency lighting, power and lighting systems. Supporting general building services across multiple commercial sites. Fault finding and diagnosing issues within a range of environments. Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards. Travelling between sites using a company-provided vehicle.Package: £42,000 basic salary Company van and fuel card provided Monday to Friday working hours (8am5pm) Call-out rota 1 in 6 (£130 standby) Overtime available (including paid travel beyond standard commute) 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension scheme Sick pay Life insurance Ongoing training and progression opportunitiesRequirements: Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent). Experience within building services or commercial maintenance. Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points). Ability to pass a DBS check.
