Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive employee relations support, managing cases on performance, misconduct, absence, grievances, and disciplinary matters while balancing compliance with business needs.
Advise and support managers on HR best practices, UK employment law, and JD.COM policies, ensuring consistent and fair people management across operational teams.
Draft, review, and implement HR policies, contracts, and documentation aligned with UK employment law and JD.COM global standards.
Lead and manage TUPE processes end-to-end, including due diligence, consultation, and post-transfer integration to ensure compliance and a seamless employee experience during acquisitions and outsourcing transitions.
Support organisational change initiatives (restructuring, redundancies, consultations) with a focus on respectful communication and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with European HR colleagues and business stakeholders to embed JD.COM’s culture, values, and operational excellence in the UK workforce.
