The Role:

This is an exciting Employee Relations role within the HR team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee relations activities, liaising directly with the business and managers.

The role encompasses and has the following principal responsibilities: Handle complex ER cases, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication. Managing end-end process, including performance management, grievances and disciplinarys. Support in delivering any employee relations work-streams for any organizational change, restructuring or similar processes exercises. Provide expert advice to the business on employee relations concerns and activities Produce high level documentation and ensure accurate and timely updates to records.
