You’ll play a key role in shaping a workplace culture that is fair, supportive, and high performing. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, you’ll guide them through sensitive people matters while ensuring best practice and compliance with employment law. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving complex challenges, and influencing positive change.
Duties: Take ownership of a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters, performance management, grievances, attendance concerns, and exit processes for involuntary leavers. Partner closely with managers and leaders as a go-to expert, providing clear, practical advice that resolves issues effectively and constructively. Stay current on employment legislation and HR practices, ensuring guidance is legally sound and aligned with company policies. Support strategic HR projects, including TUPE and redundancy processes, using data insights to spot trends and deliver outcomes that are consistent, efficient, and people focused.
