We are recruiting an experienced Employment Litigation Lawyer to support a major UK-listed energy and services in-house legal team on an interim basis (12 month).


Key responsibilities:

  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims end-to-end, including pleadings, witness statements, disclosure, hearings and settlements.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on Employment Tribunal procedure.
  • Working closely with internal employment lawyers, HR/Employee Relations teams and external counsel.
  • Supporting Early Conciliation responses and identifying trends from claims.
  • Delivering occasional training to internal stakeholders and assisting with process improvements.


Requirements:

  • Qualified UK solicitor (or equivalent) with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law.
  • Strong experience handling UK Employment Tribunal litigation (private practice or in-house).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
