Good opportunity for an experienced UK Employment Lawyer (probably c.2-5 years PQE) to join a respected London law firm on a 12 month fixed term contract.


You will be responsible for_

  • Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including hiring and firing, reorganisations, performance management, redundancy, director exits, leaves of absence, compensation and benefits, discrimination and harassment, settlement agreements and other employment-related matters.
  • Advising and managing, with minimal supervision, client Employment Tribunal cases.
  • Advising on, drafting, maintaining and reviewing a variety of letters, contracts and policies for client employment matters.
  • Performing audits of client’s employment, HR documentation, processes and assisting clients in developing and refining scalable employment processes and policies.
