The Role


You will join a nationally recognised Employment team as a Partner in Manchester, working alongside an established group to drive the next phase of growth.


The team handles a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including strategic HR advisory work, tribunal and High Court litigation, corporate support and large-scale projects. With a strong pipeline of premium work and around 35 lawyers nationally, the infrastructure is already in place to support immediate impact and long-term success.


This is a genuine opportunity to shape a practice within a growing national platform, with the autonomy to develop client relationships and influence the strategic direction of the team.
