Employment Solicitor | NQ-2 PQE | Expanding Northern Firm

The firm is known for its strength across Employment, Corporate, Insolvency, Real Estate and Commercial Litigation, creating a strong environment for cross-referral and exposure to high-quality, varied work.



The Team

You will join a close-knit Employment team, working alongside experienced senior lawyers. The team advises predominantly respondent clients and handles a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, providing a supportive setting for junior solicitors to develop their skills.


The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join the team. The role involves a broad range of employment work, including:


  • Advising respondent clients on contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Drafting and advising on employment contracts
  • HR policies and procedures
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Discrimination matters
  • Disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Restructuring and redundancy
  • Unfair dismissal
  • Employment Tribunal matters

  • Employment Solicitor between NQ-2 PQE
