Employment Solicitor/Legal Director - Manchester

£80,000 - £100,000+


Oculus are currently working with an exceptional Top 50 Law Firm, based in Manchester, with an award-winning Employment team, as recognised by the Legal 500. They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced hires in recent times and they are looking to expand their team even more so.


They have a particular specialism in Employment law and advise on a wide range of matters that include:

  • Disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Unfair dismissal
  • Discrimination
  • TUPE
  • Whistleblowing
  • Redundancy
  • Restructures and strategic advice to senior management teams and boards


This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days remote), a very competitive salary, as well as an enticing bonus scheme.
