The Role: End User BDM As a key member of the European Business Development team, you will: Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities (Fortune 2000 focus). Develop and grow assigned named end-user accounts within your region. Spend approximately 60% of your time visiting customers across the territory. Drive opportunities from initial engagement through to close, achieving agreed targets. Create and execute strategic account plans. Introduce the latest access control products and solutions to customers and prospects. Deliver training to consultants and specifiers when required. Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and emerging trends. Represent the business at trade shows, customer events, and industry associations. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver complete, customer-centric solutions. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity logs. Provide exceptional customer service at every stage.
