Engineering Manager London

Salary: £70,000 (all-inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced and professional Engineering Manager based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong leader to manage a small on-site engineering team within a high-profile, corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a small team of engineers, ensuring high performance and compliance.

  • Oversee all building services operations, with a strong focus on HVAC systems.

  • Ensure statutory compliance and safe systems of work are maintained at all times.

  • Act as the main point of contact for engineering matters within the building.

  • Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.

  • Ensure service delivery meets the highest presentation and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • HVAP qualification (High Voltage Authorised Person) or held within the last 5 years.

  • Proven experience managing engineering teams.

  • Strong technical knowledge of building services.

  • Experience within a corporate or professional services environment is desirable.

  • Smart, professional, and client-facing presentation.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
