Your Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Hunter to spearhead our business development efforts in the UK enterprise market. This is a role for a true go‑getter — someone who thrives on building relationships, winning big deals, and driving growth in a fast‑evolving, high‑tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the UK market
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closing
Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives (CIO, CFO, COO, CDO)
Act as a strategic advisor, aligning SPOC’s ServiceNow capabilities with clients’ business goals
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to design compelling proposals
Provide management with market insights, revenue forecasts, and risk assessments
Skills We Are Looking For
15+ years of proven success in acquiring (hunting) enterprise clients in the UK market (mandatory)
A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets within IT consulting or high-tech sectors
An existing client network in the UK enterprise space (a strong advantage)
Expertise in value-based selling and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Fluent English communication skills (native or near-native proficiency)
Strong technical acumen, with an ability to understand digital transformation and ServiceNow solutions
A true hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and self-driven
Willingness to travel for client engagements across the UK (and occasionally within Europe)
