The Opportunity As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you will partner with experienced consultants, directors and trainers to learn how to deliver senior-level mandates across: Accountancy and Finance
Corporate Finance
Strategy and Commercial Leadership
You will build technical knowledge and commercial awareness that sets the foundation for long-term success in recruitment.
Your Day-to-Day Researching high-calibre candidates for executive and senior appointments
Supporting live recruitment and search processes
Attending client meetings, pitches, and shortlist presentations
Tracking corporate activity, leadership moves, and market trends
