About the role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with EHCPs and additional needs Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, behaviour support, and tailored interventions Promote emotional regulation, independence, and positive routines throughout the school day Contribute to progress tracking and communicate regularly with the wider support team What We're Looking For:
