About the Role:

Deliver 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with EHCPs and additional learning needs Work alongside the class teacher to support lessons, manage behaviour, and implement personalised strategies Encourage emotional regulation, independence, and consistent daily routines Support progress monitoring and maintain clear communication with the wider multidisciplinary team What We're Looking For:

Previous experience supporting children with SEND in an education or care environment Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude A solid understanding of Autism and wider SEND needs A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification To ...
