Due to our continued success, we are looking for an Estimator with the potential to moving into a Senior Estimator position. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of construction projects. Your work will directly impact project budgeting, bidding and overall project execution.

Responsibilities Production and development of Cost Appraisals from inception through to start on site Liaison with Morro supply chain to inform cost appraisals Develop value engineering proposals Maintain and review cost database Preparation of Contract Sum Analysis, cashflow forecasts and other contract documentation
