Due to our continued success, we are looking for an Estimator with the potential to moving into a Senior Estimator position. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of construction projects. Your work will directly impact project budgeting, bidding and overall project execution.

Responsibilities

• Production and development of Cost Appraisals from inception through to start on site
• Liaison with Morro supply chain to inform cost appraisals
• Develop value engineering proposals
• Maintain and review cost database
• Preparation of Contract Sum Analysis, cashflow forecasts and other contract documentation

Requirements

• Experience in estimating, buying and commercial aspects of procurement
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods and costs
• Excellent IT skills using full suite of Microsoft products and other specific packages
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Problem solving
